Dachuan River Scenic Area

Dachuan River Scenic Area is located in the north of Lushan County, 132km away from Chengdu, facing Qionglai in the east across the river and connecting Dayi County and Wenchuan County in the north and Baoxing County in the west. It is a significant component of the provincial tourist attraction "Lingjiu Mountain -- Daxue Peak" and world natural heritage -- Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries, covering an area of 248.87sq.km with a forest coverage rate of 98% and annual mean temperature of 11°C. The scenic area at 1,040m-5,364m altitude boasts distinctive and stunning landscapes from verdant hills, azalea bushes and primitive forest to snowy landscapes as the vegetation and weather change. As a summer resort, Dachuan Town has more than 160 agritainments receiving more than 4,000 tourists from Chengdu, Chongqing and surrounding regions from June to the end of September every year.

Feixian Pass Scenic Area

Feixian Pass Scenic Area is located in the northeast of Ya'an City, about 11km from downtown Ya'an in the east, 17km from Lushan County Town in the north and 21km from Tianquan County Town in the west. Enjoying the name of the First Throat of Sichuan-Tibet Highway, it is the first pass of Sichuan-Tibet Highway G318, an essential link of the western Sichuan tourism circle, and an important node on the Sichuan-Tibet Culture Corridor, Ancient Tea-Horse Road and Southern Silk Road. After "4·20" Lushan Earthquake, with the concept of "combination of culture and tourism, unity of county and village and integration of city and industry" and highlighting on overall upgrading strategy, the scenic area launched post-disaster reconstruction planning based on the urban construction, Official Tea-Horse Road, Erlang Ancient Temple and Nantian New Town constructions to build a national demonstration zone of integrated development of ecological and cultural tourism that integrates ecological tourism, rural recreation, leisurely ancient town, cultural experience and health preservation and a high-quality tourist destination on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway.

Hanjiang Ancient City Scenic Area

Hanjiang Ancient City Scenic Area, 31km away from Ya'an and 156km away from Chengdu, is located in Lushan County known as the "Provincial Historical and Cultural City in Sichuan" and "Hometown of Cultural Relics of Han Dynasty". It is situated in the political, economic, cultural and commercial center of Lushan County and is an essential part of the Lesser Western Circle and Western Tourism Circle of Xiling Snow Mountain -- Qingcheng Mountain Tourism Belt. The scenic area is featured by the abundance in hydroenergy, animal resources and plant variety and the integration of diversified cultures including ancient Qiang culture, Three Kingdoms Culture of Kingdom Shu, ebony root carving culture, religious culture, patriotism culture and folk culture accumulated in the long history. After "4·20" Lushan Earthquake, the scenic area launched the post-disaster reconstruction planning to build the area into not only a tourist destination but also a polar nuclei of all-for-one tourism, tourism support center and tourism distribution center of Western Circle.

Longmen Ancient Town Scenic Area

Longmen Ancient Town Scenic Area is a National AAAA Tourist Attraction with an area of 62sq.km, located in the central of Lushan County, connecting Longmen Town and Shuangshi Town with its core in the Qinglongchang Village, Longmen Town. The scenic area is featured by the unique advantages of natural scenery, cultural resources and agricultural landscape. Boasting characteristic villages, Main Hall of Qinglong Temple, Site of Headquarters of Thirtieth Corps of Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, Qinglong Pass and natural scenery like Longmen Karst Cave and Qinglong Gorge. Longmen Ancient Town Scenic Area is a complex type of tourist attraction with geological adventure and leisure vocation in primitive villages and domination integrating geological science popularization and sightseeing, rural tourism, culture experience, outdoor adventure and summer resort.
